How can I check my order status?
You will receive an email upon receipt of payment, and then when your order has been processed, you will receive a second email confirming shipment; this second email will include your tracking number. If you have any other questions, please contact us via email at hello@burningtorchinc.com.

How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive an email as soon as payment has gone through, confirming your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard, American Express.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
If you live in California, where our business is based, you will be charged sales tax. Otherwise, we do not charge sales tax out-of-state.

Is my credit card and billing information secure?
Yes. Our website and shopping card are secured with SSL* technology, so information sent within this site is safe and encrypted. *Secure Sockets Layer.

How do I know what size to order?
Please consult our sizing chart to most accurately order the correct size.

Why can't I find a Burning Torch style online that I saw in a store?
We do not carry all styles produced by Burning Torch at Burning Torch Boutique; similarly, boutiques across the country that order Burning Torch do not order the entire line. Please contact us if you have questions about a particular style you have seen and cannot find. Or consult our list of boutiques and contact a store near you.

What if I have questions about a product?
If you have any questions about a product, please contact us (hello@burningtorchinc.com) with any questions. Please try to keep in hand when writing us the style number or at the very least a detailed description of the piece you are inquiring about.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, please contact hello@burningtorchinc.com. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes for any shipments outside the United States.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We ship according to weight, and charge a flat rate around the United States per pound.

How long until I receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number. You can visit www.ups.com and track your package from this point onwards.

Can I receive an order at a P.O. Box?
We ship only to valid residential addresses; no P.O. boxes please.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do. You can purchase gift cards at any denomination and have them sent to your recipient.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes we do. We will wrap your purchase in tissue paper, enclose it in a box, and seal it with a signature Burning Torch ribbon, upon request.

What is your return policy?

Why are the prices different on your website than I see in the stores?
We are not responsible for prices in stores carrying Burning Torch around the country. Each retail business has its own policies and we can only be held responsible for our own. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at hello@burningtorchinc.com.
