Returns 

If you would like to return an item that you purchased online, you may do so within 14 days of when the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other fees.

 

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging, and with original invoice, merchandise parts, and accessories to ensure a refund. You have 5 days to pack and ship the item back to us from the time of return approval.

Please note: All items marked 'Final Sale' are non-returnable. However, we will consider a size exchange only if available. The new size will have to be purchased first, in order for the exchange to be granted. Please contact hello@burningtorchinc.com to inquire.

 

You can expect a refund within 7-10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is due to manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. If this is the case, contact us and we can assist you. Please keep track of your order, Burning Torch is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. 

 

Burning Torch monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend returning the purchased item and placing a new order for the new item. To start your return click here.

 

Store Credit

You have the option to receive your refund as a store credit. The credit will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving your package at our store. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is due to manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
