Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchase online, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other fees. The package must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, in original packaging, and with original invoice, merchandise parts, and accessories included in return package to ensure full credit.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Credit
Refunds issued within 7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is due to manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Return Instructions
Please contact customerservice@burningtorchinc.com to request an RA number for your return or exchange. Once you have received your RA number proceed with return shipment.
1. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
2. Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the -packing list for your records. If you cannot include the packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
3. All products must be returned in new/unworn condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
4. All return shipping charges should be prepaid through trackable methods. We cannot accept COD deliveries.  
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. Burning Torch is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
